Marcelo Wilson Fragoso Borges (Belo Horizonte, January 22, 1958), better known as Telo Borges, is a Brazilian instrumentalist, singer and composer. Brother of musicians Lô Borges, Marilton Borges and Márcio Borges. He is one of the of the artists' collective called Clube da Esquina.
